We send our products throughout New Zealand using NZ Post bags.

If you'd like your shipment to be tracked, please add a Tracking Upgrade ticket for each bag.

If you live in a Rural Delivery area AND you want your parcel tracked, please also add a Rural Delivery ticket to each bag in your order. This is required by NZ Post.

We do our best to calculate what size of bag you'll need for your order, but because many of our products are bulky but light sometimes our shipping wizard may get things wrong. If you think this has happened with your order, please contact us to discuss.
